- Someone showed me around Wordpress admin and did a great job explaining things.
- Someone did just an OK job of explaning things.
- I didn't get any live training at all.
- Someone else on my team received this training, so please ask them to confirm.
Integration with 3rd-Party Tools*
Integration of third-party services (e.g., live chat, pushing email signups to CRM) to the website as desired, with licensing fees to be paid by the Client.
- Great job integrating my stuff. It works like a charm!
- You tried, but it doesn't work quite right.
- This wasn't done or it doesn't work at all
- This wasn't really applicable to my project, so I'm fine.
Copywriting*
Help with copy as desired, but Client will provide initial draft of copy for homepage.
- My copy is great thanks to Makefront!
- Makefront gave some helpful pointers here and there.
- I didn't really need any help with my copy, but thanks for offering!
- Makefront didn't help at all despite my requests. Argh!
